Shiitiska muslimer tar dock avstånd från sunnimuslimernas synsätt. De förkastar starkt analogier Qiyas som ett enkelt sätt att förnya bidah, och även förkastar konsensus ijma som enligt dem inte har något särskilt värde. Shiitiska muslimerna ser sånt som en förlängning av Sunnah, därför följer de själva sina egna lagar fiqh som är endast tagna från Koranen och Sunnah.
Rättskällorna inom Imami-Shii lagen är Koranen, Muhammeds praxis samt de tolv imamer och intellektet aql. Det är den praxis som kallas Sharia idag, men också har rötter i lokala traditioner urf. |

Generally, sharia restricts womens social mobility and rights, the more closely sharia is followed. For example, in conservative Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to drive cars. In Iran, the law oppresses women. For example, womens testimony counts half that of men, and far more women than men are stoned to death for adultery.
Islam grants to women the right to inherit property. However, a womans inheritance is different from a mans, both in quantity and attached obligations. For instance, a daughters inheritance is half that of her brothers. |

The hadith says that Muhammad tortured these next people before he executed them. This scenario provides the historical context of Sura 5:33—34. Narrated Anas: Some people . . . came to the Prophet and embraced Islam . . . They turned renegades reverted from Islam and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away . . . In February 1998, the Taliban, who once ruled in Afghanistan, ordered a stone wall to be pushed over three men convicted of sodomy. Their lives were to be spared if they survived for 30 minutes and were still alive when the stones were removed.
In its 1991 Constitution, in Articles 108—113, Iran adopted the punishment of execution for sodomy. Though this punishment of a wall being toppled on them was extreme, the Taliban were merely following the origins of their religion. |

The non—Muslims living under Islamic rule are not allowed to do the following p. 609, o11.101—5:
1 Commit adultery with a Muslim woman or marry her; 2 conceal spies of hostile forces; 3 lead a Muslim away from Islam; 4 mention something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet or Islam. According to the discretion of the caliph or his representative, the punishments for violating these rules are as follows: 1 death, 2 enslavement, 3 release without paying anything, and 4 ransoming in exchange for money. Following are some of the legalized rules of jihad found in the Quran, hadith, and classical legal opinions:
1 Women and children are enslaved. They can either be sold, or the Muslims may marry the women, since their marriages are automatically annulled upon their capture. 2 Jihadists may have sex with slave women. Ali, Muhammads cousin and son—in—law, did this. 3 Women and children must not be killed during war, unless this happens in a nighttime raid when visibility was low. 4 Old men and monks could be killed. 5 A captured enemy of war could be killed, enslaved, ransomed for money or an exchange, freely released, or beaten. One time Muhammad even tortured a citizen of the city of Khaybar in order to extract information about where the wealth of the city was hidden. 6 Enemy men who converted could keep their property and small children. This law is so excessive that it amounts to forced conversion. Only the strongest of the strong could resist this coercion and remain a non—Muslim. 7 Civilian property may be confiscated. 8 Civilian homes may be destroyed. 9 Pagan Arabs had to convert or die. This does not allow for the freedom of religion or conscience. 10 People of the Book Jews and Christians had three options Sura 9:29: fight and die; convert and pay a forced charity or zakat tax; or keep their Biblical faith and pay a jizya or poll tax. |

Janne B 10:53:00 Helt riktigt att så är fallet men islams förespråkare finns i alla länder som ingår i det heliga kriget mot västvärlden. I England gick en serie av program i Axess TV med ljud och bildbevis om Islamister som predikade död och förintelse över I-länderna, i moskèerna med samma patos som påminde om Hitlers framtoning av hat och förakt. Stockholms Södermalmsmoskè som styrs av islamister sker detsamma och man får förmoda att så sker i varenda Moskè eller vissa utvalda i de länder där de finns. De muslimer jag talat med förnekar allt det här som lögnpropaganda trots att det finns svart på vitt som bevis.

Muslimska grupper har ibland föreslagit att sharialag ska erkännas i svensk och europeisk lagstiftning. Detta bemöts ofta som krav på att införa "hududstraff". Men vad är egentligen sharialag och vad menar olika grupper när de talar om dess tillämpning? Vad många inte vet att sharialagen redan tillämpas här i Sverige.
Det sker som inofficiell rådgivning i muslimska församlingar men också i svenska domstolar inom ramen för internationell privaträtt. De handlar då om muslimska staters familjelagar, vilka bygger på sharia. Kursen tar upp den islamiska rättstraditionens utveckling efter islams uppkomst och hur sharias roll förändrats i de moderna muslimska nationalstaterna. Fokus är på sharias tillämpning i Sverige och Europa och hur svenska och europeiska domstolar i praktiken tolkar begrepp ur den islamiska rättstraditionen. Adamo 14:03:00 Alla känner väl till Salem marschen för Daniel Vretström som fick halsen avskuren av en muslim och straffet för denna muslim blev ringa, kanske av två orsaker, att den sjuttonårige Daniel hade nazistsympatier i sitt ungdomliga oförstånd att sträva efter att tillhöra en grupp. Den andra orsaken kan bero på det du nämnde att muslimer döms efter islams Sharialag och därför blev straffet, att tala med en Imam och övervakning av det sociala. Det här är Salem marschen protest mot etablissemanget och en markering likt den när det gällde Fatima som blev mördad av sin far, då var det så dant och alla tyckte usch och fy för detta dåd och hur synd det var om Fatima, men i Daniels fall var det rätt åt honom för han var ju bara en nazist. Så det är ok att mörda nazister tydligen?
