I see your point. Performance Based, you are right here. But I do not fokus in the issue on pure basic respect here, as in respect for all human beings, respekt for nature etc. This I hope is quite clear that this is not a virtue to brag about but plain common sense. I focus more on extraordinary people whom I feel deserve credit and respect for their achievements of all sorts.

this is a series and there will be different people covered of course in the coming texts. In the first part of my text i focused on disabled people as a group, that they symbolize such strenght, then as i wrote further down, I know that there are a thousand other exampes, but this one is my own since I have experienced it myself.
