Tolkiens book tells mainly of men. So what? Other books tell mainly of women, and I certainly wouldnt complain about that. My main criticism against the movie is that Jackson was already way too creative in twisting and adapting the story to make it suitable for movie theatres. Modifying the story even more to give it a bigger women-focus than found in the book would only have made it worse.
