...Id be curious to hear your story, Bo. Ive been living in the Netherlands on and off now for some 4-5 years, and havent noticed any negative effects at all on society related to cannabis. Hard drug consumption certainly isnt higher than in other European countries, and youngsters - both users and non-users - have a very realistic knowledge of and down-to-earth attitude towards soft drugs.
