I havent questioned the existence of such a framework; note that I explicitly said as long as they dont hurt anyone else. And thats I guess the questions the whole debate comes down to: what is the damage to society if cannabis is legalised, and what damage is caused by criminalising it? ang. sov gott: Thanks!
